Cedar Crest (@ Cedar Crest College - Tompkins Center)

Katy Kresge has been working in higher education in the Lehigh Valley since 2005, having previously held positions at DeSales University and Lehigh University. She came to Cedar Crest in the fall of 2021 and served as director of Conference Services until December 2022, when she was promoted to associate vice president for Campus Operations. She currently oversees Maintenance, Grounds, the Rodale Aquatic Center, Conference Services and General Services, as well as the College’s contracted partners.

Kresge also oversees Cedar Crest College’s Mayfair. The original Mayfair had been an Allentown tradition since 1986. The festival, which was held at parks throughout the city, eventually landing at Cedar Beach for many years and moving to the Allentown fairgrounds in its final years, ceased operations in 2016. Cedar Crest took over the festival in 2017 and has operated Cedar Crest College’s Mayfair since 2018. Cedar Crest takes great pride in continuing this longstanding Allentown tradition and looks forward to welcoming the community to campus to celebrate and enjoy the Arts every Memorial Day weekend.
